Ingredients

1.5k (3 1/2 lbs) of beef or liver

130g (1 cup) Whole Wheat Flour

200g (2 cups) Plain Flour

85g (1/2 cup) Corn Meal

2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese

Preparation and Cooking

Put the beef or liver into a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little water if needed. Pour the mix into a large bowl and slowly fold in the other ingredients. You should have a very thick smooth mixture, spoon into a well greased baking tray and cook in the middle of a preheated oven (350 degrees) for approximately 30 minutes, checking that the mix has cooked right through (Make a cut in the centre section, if any pink can still be seen cook for a further 5 to 10 minutes until all the pink has gone). Once cooked leave to cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
